Our valet parking or self-service solutions

Self Parking - Drop off your vehicle at our covered parking and we will pick up you with our free shuttle to the airport

With the option Self, you drop your vehicle in our covered and secure parking at the following address: rue de la Pre-de-la-Fontaine 19, 1242 Satigny. A shuttle bus will take you to the airport at no additional cost. The trip takes about 10 minutes and the shuttle runs every half hour

VIP Parking - For a trouble-free return, pick up your car directly at the airport

If you choose a VIP Option, come to our parking at Rue du Pré de la Fontaine 19, our valet will then bring you with your car directly to the airport. Upon return he will wait for you with a sign in the arrivals hall to give you the keys and bring you to your car which will already be parked in the airport car park.

Make your booking

How to benefit from our service?
Book on our website and make your payment online. You will receive by email the confirmation of your order as well as your invoice.
What documents are requested when booking?
We will need your departure and arrival flight numbers, as well as their schedules.
Can you take in charge multiple vehicle bookings?
Yes, you just have to make a booking per vehicle.
Do you accept any type of vehicle?
Yes, as long as your vehicle does not require a particular licence, and its height does not exceed 250cm. Vehicles with trailers are not allowed!

Dropping off your vehicle

Where do I drop off my vehicle?
If you opt for PRIVILEGE Parking, in front of our office located at World Trade Center I. You can drop off your vehicle directly in our car park located at the following address: rue du Pré de la Fontaine 19 / 1242 Satigny. Then our shuttle will take you directly to the airport. You will receive in your confirmation email all the information necessary to help you.
What documents will I require?
You will have to provide the booking file (printed, or on a smartphone or a tablet) as well as the paperwork for your vehicle (car registration, insurance). A photocopy, placed in the glove compartment, will be sufficient.
Can someone else drop off or collect my vehicle?
Yes, it will suffice for you to report it to our office to register the name and the mobile number of the person who will take care of the dropping off or the collection of your vehicle.
Will an inventory be made?
To ensure your peace of mind, an inventory will be made in your presence and subject to your validation.

Collecting your vehicle

Do I have to inform you of my arrival?
No. With the flight number provided during your booking, we are able to track the arrival time of your flight. You must notify us only in case of delay or cancellation of your arrival flight.
Where does the hand-over take place?
Our shuttle will transport you from the airport to the car park where your vehicle will be waiting for you.
My flight is late, what should I do?
With the flight number you provided with your booking, we are able to keep track of your flight schedules to compensate for any delays.
I have to extend my stay, or my flight is cancelled. What should I do?
You will have to inform us of your new arrival time, the tariff will be updated and will be payable on reception of your vehicle.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged?
We are responsible for your vehicle as soon as it is taken over until it is returned. Cases such as theft, fire, broken glass or damage after a collision are handled by our company. For more details please consult our general conditions
